Conclusion
As a whole, I feel that it has been an exciting 4 weeks because I had the opportunity to see the healthcare system in Muar Hospital and also gained better understanding on the management of several common diseases in Malaysia. I am also glad that I managed to practice several procedures on real life patients, and hopefully be more confident in performing such procedures in future.
I have enjoyed this attachment and feel that I have fulfilled most of my objectives. I am glad to have followed this team and I am thankful for their kindness towards making my 4 weeks in HPSF a memorable one.
During my elective, I was also able to travel around Muar. Although I was born in Muar, I rarely had a chance to travel around here as I hardly get a long period of holiday. I noticed, Muar is currently totally different compared when I was a kid. I am also glad of having a really good time to spend with my beloved family and friends. As a conclusion, as well as being a useful experience, it was also a very enjoyable one and I had a fantastic 6 weeks!
